Fit ME Care ships to anywhere in the UAE. Offering both "Next Day" and "Standard" delivery options at the best possible rates. We use industry leading partners to carry out our shipping, ensuring your purchase gets to you quickly and in great condition. All shipping rates are displayed upon checkout.
We also offer shipping to other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar). In most cases, shipments will be completed using DHL Express courier service and typically take between 5-7 business days to reach their final destination.
Please note that shipping times may vary if the order in placed on a public holiday, or during times of unexpected delays (such as extreme weather, political unrest), or if the product you have selected is listed as a "pre-order" item.
Fit ME Care will only be able to accept a return if the product you have purchased in unopened and unused.
In the unlikely event that a product is not up to your expectations, please follow the steps listed in the Returning Procedure section below.
Fit ME Care can only accept returns from products purchased from its website within 15 days of the shipment date. Products returned should be in their original packaging, unused and with all tags in place and attached.
Please send an email to info@fitmecare.com with the subject titled "Return" and be sure to include your Name, Order Number and Items Purchased in your email text. Please also specify the reason for return, and in the case of a defect please be sure to attach a photo.
A member of our team will get back to you within 2 business days. Once a claim is accepted, you will receive a further confirmation email stating the necessary return details and procedure. Fit ME Care will refund or replace your purchase once the original item has been received.
If you need to cancel, email us right away at info@fitmecare.com with the subject line "Cancellation". Please include your name, order number and the items you purchased, so we can help you quickly. A short reason is welcome (though not required). We can only cancel orders that have not yet left our facility; if your parcel is already on its way, please follow our Returns & Refunds process instead.
